Welcome! I’m Juaquadia Howard, a Virginia REALTOR® with Old Dominion Realty, licensed to sell real estate in Virginia, proudly serving the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding communities.

For me, real estate has never been just about buying or selling a home. It’s about helping people make informed decisions with confidence. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer, preparing to sell, searching for an investment property, or simply exploring your options, I’m committed to providing honest guidance, clear communication, and an experience centered around your goals.

Before becoming a full time REALTOR®, I spent nearly two decades working in the mental health field, where I learned the value of listening, advocacy, patience, and building meaningful relationships. Those same qualities continue to guide the way I serve my clients today.

I believe that education is one of the most valuable tools in real estate. My goal is not only to help you reach the closing table but to ensure you feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the entire process.

Thank you for stopping by. I look forward to earning your trust and helping you take the next step with confidence.

Let me be your key to the right move.
